STL Radar is a free, real-time weather radar for the St. Louis metro and the surrounding Missouri and Illinois region. It animates the latest NEXRAD reflectivity (precipitation intensity) so you can watch storms approach and replay the last two hours of radar.
Toggle live reflectivity, surface wind and wind-speed, and GOES-East satellite cloud imagery. Severe-weather layers include National Weather Service tornado and severe thunderstorm warnings, SPC convective outlooks and mesoscale discussions, local storm reports, and real-time lightning strikes. Dual-polarization products (correlation coefficient, differential reflectivity, specific differential phase) help identify hail, debris, and heavy rain.
Centered on St. Louis and St. Charles, with clear coverage across the bi-state metro — Florissant, Chesterfield, Belleville, Alton, Edwardsville, Columbia, and out to Jefferson City, Springfield IL, and the wider Missouri/Illinois area.
